A dedicated space where I share stories of remarkable individuals I’ve met, learned from, and been inspired by, aiming to go beyond my own journey and celebrate the diverse experiences that shape us all.
On Inspiration
See It, Feel It, Live It
To me, inspiration is quietly woven into the fabric of everyday life.
It’s in the flight attendant who, with unwavering dedication, ensures every passenger feels cared for. It’s in the team member who consistently brings their best to our shared mission. It’s in the individuals who, day in and day out, strive to improve, to grow, to be better.
These unsung humans, often unnoticed, are the true embodiment of the ‘better every day’ mentality. Their stories, their commitment, their resilience – they serve as a humble reminder of the impact we can all make when we dedicate ourselves to service, to growth, and to each other.

Story
Today, I want to take a moment to share the incredible strength and resilience of my dear friend, the legendary sports broadcaster Dick Vitale. Dicky is currently undergoing radiation treatment for throat cancer, with a few more ahead of him.
I asked Dicky what I could do for him and in his selfless way this is what he shared with me (quote above).
Dicky, you are an inspiration to us all. Your compassion for others even in the midst of your own challenges speaks volumes about your character and your heart of gold.
Please take a moment to donate anything to this cause at dickvitale.com. Every dollar matters. Just put in donation remarks (your awesome baby) for matching recognition.

Marcus Cicero
Story
What a great lesson and customer experience yesterday on our flight to Marco Island. Airlines flight attendant Robert Reeves kicked off the flight with the following three messages:
1. A special welcome to those service men and women and their families. Thank you for protecting our freedom.
2. A special thank you to our healthcare workers for working so hard to keep us healthy.
3. And a huge thank you to everyone flying today, if it weren’t for you I wouldn’t have a job and I’m so grateful every one of you are here.
Robert continued to let his gratefulness overflow to blessing everyone on that flight.
Robert, thank you for being the exception and helping us remember that, “Gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues but the parent of all others” – Marcus Cicero.
